I for one would love to see a new ip from Blizzard. I mean they're geniuses at creating worlds filled with lore and life so who knows, maybe they've been cooking something up for some time now.
IMHO, I think all 3 companies need to start thinking about their future. Wii is a novelty item and once that novelty wears off..well we'll see what happens. Not to mention next gen, Nintendo will be in the same position as Sony; having 100 million install base on a previous system and not being able to convert them to upgrade.

maybe...and just maybe, the con being that the game isnt multiplatform is probably a joke because if any of you are GI readers you know that they have a sense of humor. Or it could be that they would like all gamers to be able to experience the game. I highly doubt that GI deducted points for it not being multiplatform. IMO, games not being multiplatform at some point in their lifetime is a fault, and I say this because I would like all gamers to experience games like MGS4, Gears, Halo, KZ2, ...

why not pay $60 for it? not enough content? or is it that you cant justify paying $60 for an rts console? I think if any company puts in the effort that ensemble puts in their games then they deserve my $60. Quality not quantity my friend, and thats why people buy single player games like uncharted, bioshock or PoP even though it does not have multiplayer. Im glad that most gamers dont think the way you do.
and I'm not saying this to burst anyones bubble..but here in the US, you can put $5 down on a game to preorder it. So that doesnt mean that the 1.1 mill is a sure thing. I know alot of people that put $5 down on alot of games when they are first offered for preorder and alot of them dont get the game til a couple weeks afterward. Anyway, 1.1 mill is still very impressive especially for a game that hasnt been advertised yet. Imagine if Sony advertised KZ2 like MSFT did with Halo...
Im just going to play devils advocate for a little while...Halo 3 lacked improvement? besides graphics what else did it not improve on.

dude...here is a hint when making comments. If you want anyone to listen to what you have to say then stop sounding like the Anne Coulter of fanboys. Seriously, L4D isn't amount length its about the director. It changes you play experience everytime you play, and Valve has already confirmed map packs coming out. And if the rumors are true then the map packs will be free...for PC at least. Give credit where credit is due man.
Wow that trailer was amazing...I have to give up to Sony, fans asked for good games and they listened. Bravo Sony, Bravo.
btw, and this isnt a gripe about the trailer, just an observation. Does the blood in GoW3 look like the blood in KZ2? Maybe the folks in GG lended a couple of hands to the folks in Santa Monica. Either way, the game looks dope!
