I don't get it. I honestly thought the game was alright but I got bored with it after a few minutes. Maybe it's just not my thing. The game is fast paced alright, but I feel like it has attention deficit disorder or something. The chaotic game just doesn't do anything for me. I don't know if you looked at the forums but a majorioty of the people posting had well over 1,000 posts. I don't know how many Sony fanboys would spend thousands of posts just to flame the 360. One of the reasons some Sony fanboys do start flame wars is because of posts like this. You are just adding fuel to the fire by calling them losers.
...but I have been thinking of picking one up recently. The problem is, this kind of activity is not very attractive to a potential buyer. I own and play my PS3 with no problem what so ever. I even had a power outage in the middle of using my PS3 and it loaded up just fine when the power came back on. To be honest, when I downloaded this trailer off the PSNetwork I wasn't really impressed. The framerate looked choppy and it just diddn't have anything attractive for me. It reminded me of F.E.A.R. for the PS3, which was a good game, but kind of qwerky.
It looks okay. It diddn't have my jaw dropped or anything. It looks like most of the racing games coming out lately. I don't know if it looks better than Motorstorm or anything since I only watched a short video. Who cares about looks though as long as it plays well.
Hopefully by this time developers will be able to actually make a decent multi platform game for the PS3.

I think it's a good idea to widen the marketing campaign. Obviousley the PS3 is not targeted to low income, young children. The console is like a Porsche in the game industry. So if they haven't decided to lower the price yet, it would be good marketing to target an audience that has $600+ to throw down. (You wouldn't market a 2007 BMW to an 18 year old kid.) Same for the PS3.
I picked up the PS3 version and I want to know if the game is even finished? LOL! I own a Nintendo Wii and a Sony Playstation 3 at the moment. One of the reasons I haven't bought an XBox 360 was because of all the "broken consoles." I don't think a lot of people realize that the Bluray disc is not just a 'movie' feature. The Bluray disc can hold over 50gigs of data compared to a DVD which max's out around 20gig. That is 30 gigs of space for developers to use. That, including the Cell processor is what makes this console "future capatable."
