here i am at work, I played ME2 from 6 till 9:30 last nite....and all I can think about is playing it some more!! ugh, its torture!!
BTW great review, i agree in that I really like Giant Bomb website.
plain and simple. They tried way to hard to take the action and dialogue in a serious direction and it ended up being corny. Also, the Gears 2 online stunk. When Gears 1 first dropped, I had no problems having a private room 4vs4 for at least 6-9 months after release. When Gears 2 dropped, me and my friends played it for a week then never got back into it. Stick to what you know Cliffy, kicking ass with chainsaws and over hyping your products with lame announcements such as this.
Bioware games are my most anticipated and the sole reason I still have my 360. There is still plenty of refinement to their craft that they can make, but I can't imagine them ever getting stale. Just don't milk your franchises and you will be ok Bioware!

but after reading a few of the reviews...well I decided I'm going to enlist. I wish I never put this game on my birthday wish list so I could have just bought it already!! I can't wait till I get my Best Buy gift card from my Aunt.
but it does specify in the About Viacom section that they distribute through all these different channels, one of them being Gametrailers. You can choose to turn a blind eye to it, but hey ya never know these days. Personally, I got ME2 at the midnight launch, had a terribly sleepy day at work all while thinking about playing ME2...I love the series and pretty much everything Bioware does.
nice post, that may have made more sense than my Carnival comparison. I'm not sure how all those MS supporters don't realize they are being ripped off. The points scheme is just that, a scheme. It's just like a carnival. Say there is a ride that costs 3 tix to go on. But the carnival only sells the tix 5 at a time. So I go on my ride now I'm left with 2 tix, but that's not enuff to go on that ride again, so I buy a batch of 5. So on and so forth. Is this review based just on the beta? So I assume the servers are down until this is released on the 29th? Surely this should be rereviewed once its actually properly out, seems a little unfair to make a judgement on what was essentially a beta product.
