Reaaally wish i didnt sell k2, the MP and SP is much better in K2 than K3. Overall, after playing the beta, BF3 is just too military focused for it to overcome R3 and Killzone.
Never even played the series before but that looked slick. Reminded me of the start of Uncharted 2 and Assassins creed.
I now want this game.
My prediction for GOTY. Cant wait to meet Victor "Goddamn" Sullivan again. He wasnt in the last game enough ;)

Portal 2 is not an fps it's a puzzle game. Resistance and kill zone top it for me and rage is great as well. Didn't play deus ex but it looked more rpg to me.

speaking for the majority? i bet that most of the players will have known what type of game battlefield id by now and what they were getting into.
so dont make that poor excuse for a beta that was riddled with bugs and glitches. some people who would have bought the game have gone away from it and they also got bad publicity from this.

Beta or not, it was still a bad move from DICE. The majority of the people dont give a sh*t about that if it was a true beta, they're just trying out BF3 to see if they like it.
Now they've alienated some people away from the game and they've lost sales. It would of been a better move to do a private beta, but then they wouldnt get the publicity, which, I think, was the aim from DICE in the first place
i think its updated. atleast mine has, im downloading the portal 2 dlc and this right now, maybe its different outside the uk

Not suprising when you consider Microsofts policy of not letting devs take advantage of other platforms strengths.
Incase anyone doesnt know Microsoft has a policy which says that if devs release a game that is not exactly equal to the other versions of the game on other platforms Microsoft may not sell the game.
Which could piss off a lot of devs who want to make their game as good as possible.
I think too many people went in with the expectation that it was gonna be this gens fps revolutionary game/masterpiece because it was by cormack and id. That and it apparently hasn't got much story.
Bit disappointed with some of the reviews as this looked it was getting 9s all round but it still looks well worth a purchase and gameplay graphics, enmey ai, shooting and driving looks like it makes this to be a very good game.... Still getting it and looks to be 8.5-90+.
