Gimmee gameplay!!!!!!
Why User generated scores? The games are severely underscored when it comes to user scores in contrast to the critic scores which are MOSTLY fair. Fanboys and idiots give 0s, 1s and 2s and justify it by saying "I needed to balance out the score". Pretty pathetic really.....

Kind of in between on this one. Fist off, I would like a resident evil camera angle but also to move and shoot at the same time and yes, limited resources should be in the game throughout.
But I think they may lose some of the atmosphere with an open world game. The best survival horrors were linear but tense - resident evil 4, dead space etc. also I would want to be more than just 1 city. It's a worldwide epidemic so just to stay in 1 city would be limiting.

Why don't all games run a month private/public beta - giving players a limited access to the game to not spoil anything but a large enough amount to give decent feedback.
It's not hard - but company's like activision refuse to put a quick beta that will improve their game and save them time in the future. It will also improve their credibility and reputation.
I'm more pissed at RAGE being nominated for best shooter over resistance 3 .... R3 was much better but there you go
Multiplayer in this type of game would simply not work. On and offline co-op however would be great
Dead rising and some other games feature them (cod) but yeah I hope it isn't zombies anyway
There hasnt really been any good survival horror games this gen. There have been some decent attempts but nothing amazing. I think this could be an amazing survival horror game and an amazing way to end this gen.
This game kinda reminds me of resistance. It's not gonna be an fps but it has the infection starting off the whole epidemic and it looks like its gonna be linear-ish without any open world or rpg in it, which is good, I think it's better and more scary like that.

@disagrees care to explain. The only way I could argue 360 winning this gen is XBL and maybe the first 2 years of it being out. But using kinect, parental control and ease of game development as half your reasons for being the best console this gen is preeeety poor. After the ps3s shaky start I think it easily took this gen.

Glad to hear this. As big an mgs fan I am, after the trailer I saw yesterday, I wouldn't want it to be totally mixed with the MGS series. It's just not the same type of game at all. Decided not to buy it after yesterday as well, basically because it's not an mgs game

Those 2 and a half mins went pretty quick ;( game looks amazing and is that Nathan drakes son or something? Lol
Overall they got a lot of things wrong but in all honesty ... who really gives a sh*t. it doesnt change a thing about what games better to you at the end of the day
