It's a great game RE7. It's my 1st in the series actually as it is free for PS5 owners. I've actually been putting it off for a few years as i was reluctant to play a scary game lol, so glad I did.
Currently about 2/3rds of the way through RTE8 now and really loving it, it's fantastic.
The sound design in both games has been some of the best i've ever experienced.

I actually have pre ordered this game and don't believe I'm a Moran, though I'm not the smartest bloke going around either lol. I've been a battlefield fan since the Bad company game on ps3. I've played everyone of them and platinum'd all bar BC2.

To be fair subnautica is a worthy 8 but yes, way too low of a score for Ratchet to take them seriously.
You can flick between modes BUT, it will take you back to the last checkpoint you last passed. Not on the fly so to speak.
A brilliant game so far and I've only played the intro and will play through that one or 2 times more before diving into the game properly. There's so much to take in, blown away.

As a battlefield fan from way back I'm super excited to see this new game come to life.
I know alot of you out there are all into the developer this & developer, EA this and that but I really couldn't give a s@#t about that. I'm just so keen on jumping into a new battlefield with some mates and having a blast with teamwork being essential as that is what battlefield is at it's core.

Loving the game so far & it's only the 2nd RE game I've played ( I beat RE7 the other evening).
How did you know the framerate's weren't acceptable if you've never played any of the games?
The all seemed run ok to me and I've played all bar the 1st instalment in the series.
Maybe try one & give it a go yourself?
Although I agreed with you above, I'm a sucker for a far cry game so will probably get it if it was the same formula anyway lol. I have a feeling they'll mix it up though this time as that was the main consensus and i think it was heard by them.

Very impressive considering the short timespan. You guys have pulled off an incredible game in my opinion & when you compare other games out there that are in development for much longer and end up ok or unfortunately flop at the end, you guys should hold you're heads high. Well done.
You're description of stats sounds to me when compared to the last instalment/game's stat's.
In response to you're 2nd comment, you should be able to swap the controller with Sony as it sounds defective. 1yr min warranty on all electrical items. Maybe if you hold onto it till the new ones arrive you might be able to choose a colour?
Definitely a yes from me. Recently played & finished it on ps5 and loved it. Sure there were some things that still needed attention in there but overall a great experience.
If they do decide not to do a sequel then how about a remastered ps5 version. I think it would sell well still and maybe more than anticipated as the sceptics of the original who didn't try/buy it & went off scathing reviews instead may well be pleasantly surprised by it.

Admittedly the controls were a bit fiddly but after some fine tuning the game arose from it's competitors and became a gem of a game. It was a great game length, great detail and a strong story. Really enjoyed my time on & in this game.
From reading & watching the videos in this article it sounds like they've gone all out with the game.
I actually just repurchased this game just because of the new features. That and it was a great game to begin with.
Looking forward to trying this out later tonight.
