On many pro Xbox channels, many were saying and encouraging their fellow Xbox fanboys to boycott Destiny 2, because Sony is paying them to keep the game at 30fps. Even with an extra 10 GB, they still fall short of the amount of games Sony has. You can have all the power, as long as Sony shows me more game, I am happy, plus my PC from last year still outperforms the new Xbox.

If I remember correctly Sony actually was willing to fund the project, they however wanted to keep the rights to the game, and given that Insomniac wanted to keep the IP they went with MS.
