Just saw a pathetic anti-woke channel say the game abandoned Chinese players to openly support black players. Or something along those lines. Seriously what is woke about this? Is it because he is wearing black, never had any interest in the game, but I failed to see what is woke about this game, other than a brain death grifter throwing red meat to his sheep
Yet will somehow sell millions making 100s of millions of dollars. See.s they can read the room very well and those who constantly say it will fail each year are the once who can't read the room. Even if BF sells more due to GP, I still see COD making significantly more from MTX.
Outside of Final Fantasy and 1 or 2 other games, most of their games are multi-platform. That clearly hasn't helped them and I highly doubt a game such as Final fantasy is going to sell millions on Xbox. Only way they can get most people on Xbox to try the game is to have it on GP
Destiny 2 is owned by Sony. Regardless of all the videos you see about how Destiny is dead for the 600th time, the game has been active for well over a decade something very few games can ever dream of achieving. Plus they make more money from their mtx than most games.
Also Sony now owns Destiny. Sony also stands to make more money from the new marvel fighting games. People online love to shit on live service games, but let Sony show a new live service game they like and the tone changes. Tokon will be a live service game and I see nothing but love and support for this. Some game will fail and others will be successful

MS had to spend close to $80B to buy two large multi-platform publishers to even match Sony. The funny thing, Sony seems to still be dominating doing close to nothing. Imagine a world where Xbox games sell best on Playstation and not Xbox. Highly doubt the next Xbox is going to sell much. Plus those multi-platform games would have been on Playstation even if MS never bought them

I will bet nome of them complained about Dark souls 1,2,3 or Elden Ring. How about Zelda? Pokémon, Gears, Halo, POE, Diablo, Witcher, and more
That would be very very bad for many devs. Also, if Sony isn't able to make that 20-30% cut, that would then cut into their own profits. If MS is cutting so many people with GP cannibalizing on sales on Xbox, what do you think will happen to the sales they get on Playstation?
I think they will release some big games, but I also feel it will be the year they fully go multi-platform. It felt weird seeing the PS5 logo under a lot of games at an Xbox show

Good to hear, not my kind of games, but the more it sells the more Xbox games will be released on PS. Waiting for Gears, Halo and then day 1 releases
