In particle physics .1 can means the difference between unlimited energy and negative energitc output.
What that means is Fusion could work and be sustainable, thus being an everlasting energy source. Thus changing the world forever.
OR, it could mean that Fusion remains in the status quo where we currently have to put more energy in that what we get out, and thus it will never be able to power the planet.

It is important....
I wish they would reboot X-Com, but it will never happen. Sigh.
Optional or not, the option is there. Senna didn't have that option.
No, Turn 10 didn't replect that. They just bolted the interior on the car.
I totally disagree hartnet, 100% disagree!
Some modders are so good at what they do that the Devs have practically held an auction to try and acquire his/her services on their next project.
Modding is good way for people to show gaming companies what they can do.
Lol @ deadpoole, you are talking about a game from 2004. When Doom 3 came out it was a graphical masterpiece, it is hard to think of another game that managed to create such a leap forward in terms of atmosphere.
Even today, Doom 3 has better atmosphere than most, if not all games.
The closest thing we have probably come to such a jump forward is the Real Lifesys mod but with so much blur effect it needs a massive amount of work to not be annoying after play...
The only people complaining about the lack of updates where those who never touched the game to begin with because GT5 has had about 10 updates before this.
The Competition has never created a single Premium car if you are talking about GT5's level of detail.
Not for a long time. And this Farrell bloke knows as much about the next Xbox as we do, but then again I cannot help but think the author of the article is trying to put those words in his mouth because there is not one single quote in the whole thing.
Either there are no quotes or the author still hasn't learnt to use the "" symbols.
Sorry folks, but I found GT5 to be immensely superior to Forza 3 as a simulator. It was nice to finally have a racing game that didn't have the drawing the distance of about 200M.
The physics were very, very good and the sense of speed was nigh on perfect for what you get in reality.
When you worked your way up to the really fast races I admit that I struggled alot because I couldn't afford or couldn't find any of the Le Mans Prototypes in used ca...
If a kid baited me in the street, I give him a bloody good clip around the ear. I wouldn't strangle him, but I would slap him across the back of the head so he knew he was out of line.
Kids have no respect at all these days.
But as for the bloke, actually going into somebody else's house to strangle someone? I wouldn't go that far because that is a pretty serious thing.
No Ryo-Hazuki. You are completely wrong.
Activision-Blizzard merged with Vivendi Games after Vivendi bought Activision-Blizzard.
Activision-Blizzard/Vivendi Games are owned by Vivendi SA, or otherwise known as simply as Vivendi.
If the full 11KM Pikes Peak is there I would be very happy, especially as it is part tarmac and part gravel. Choose your tyres carefully racers!
XD
The game isn't out and already they are planning DLC. That is such a con!
Anything that is planned as DLC before release is blatant cashing in and exploitation. I can't believe the company is allowed to get away with this from gamers as all gamers should be demanding the already planned DLC content be ready as part of the original package.
And why is it always the American companies that pull off this stunt? Are American people really that disillusion...
LOGICWINS, they could have spent 20 years on a game... but that won't automatically make it the best game in the world.
Since when did resource time and rating become symbiotic? The good news for you is that you have lots of bubbles to give us a massive essay explaining explicitly how spending a lot of time on something makes it a world beater.
The bloke who made this game came off as nothing more than a spoilt brat who was throwing his toys of the pram. ...
Yes they are Kurt Russel. You got a problem with that now?!
9 out of 10 people prefer not to change discs. Enough said really.
Actually impulse sex takes place very often when two people of the opposite gender are forced into an unfamiliar setting.
Examples:
After extreme violence a male and female often have sex despite the fact she saw him nearly batter someone else to point on death.
When a couple have survived a car crash they will have sex a few hours later no matter the time of day.
It's all a chemical release thing, so no... it wasn't really out ...
So you basically have no interest in a story? Right, we get it now... some people just have no taste in games.
My point exactly. It just isn't X-Com the way they are doing it, that still saddens me somewhat.
I have in the past imagined a first person version... but not like they are doing, I would always try to imagine what it would be like to be part of the original military style theme instead of this investigator type theme. Also being based in the past? Hmmm... I liked the idea of it being based a little bit in the future. For today that sort of timeline would be around 2020AD...
