Hes talkng about the whole 9.3 scenario. Gametrailers said that no game will score above a 9.3 unless its innovative after the Uncharted 2 score debalce. They also seem never to give PS3 games above that score. LBP1 got a 9.4
MW2 got a 9.6, i think, so the "innovative" reason is obviously bullshit.
