Remember, this sh1t has so many sensors in it that it can monitor your voice, movements, heartbeat etc. In other words, it can keep monitoring you even if you cover its lens with some object.
It doesn't have to *see* you to be able to monitor you.
They also deserve credit to put those sh1tty policies in place to begin with.

@RiPPn: Looking at disagree votes for your comment, picture doesn't look too bright for AC4. My feeling, it is all because of huge let down by AC3.
I, personally, am going to wait for price drop for AC4. Felt like I was duped when bought that AC3 copy at $60.
