It's amazing. I've got 30+ hours using a DS4 controller and despite the handicap I'm having a a whole lot of fun.

He's not wrong. He works @GoneHomeGame but the contract with MS doesn't allow them to announce a later launch date on another console platform nor to lie.
Therefore the title "launch" exclusive.

Spot on. If Anthem, Forza, A Way Out and Ashen were only available on the Xbox One X, I wouldn't think twice about the price.
You just can't win over today's crowd if games are available anywhere else imo.
If your biggest moment was the double back compatibility to an original Xbox library, you have no choice but to worry.

It's quite simple really. Play it online with distant friends/people on your friend list and play it couch with family/close friends.
The community will support this game so no need to go out your way or let a stranger from your area in your home to enjoy this.
I can't wait to see more but I'm also worried over how well it will be recieved because of this "open world" fatigue gamers seem to be going through.
