I love how the comment section devolves into spec wars, when 90 percent dont even know the capabilities of all the components involved. Both will be great machines, and the only difference will be game offerings. That's where exclusives come into play, along with third party and indie and Japanese games. It will be interesting to see what's offered from the big 2.

Yeah, Microsoft went hard to make sure they were the most powerful. They just haven't proven themselves with their gaming catalog yet, and you still have to wait a couple years for xsx specific games. They have a better shot with their catalog this year, unless crap games like bleeding edge service games are put in the forefront. Sony will continue to do what Sony does and invest in current hardware to maximize its potential, creating a different gaming experience from the last gen. Cry a...
I only wish the digital catalog could transfer. Not a big deal since most of my digital stuff is ps3 and below. I still have my ps3 and vita. Hopefully in the future.

Watch when Japan studios, naughty dog, Santa Monica, insomniac, and so on, and so on drop their new stuff. But, hey. More power and a 250+ dollar proprietary memory card? You can have that.
Nice. Well, it always comes down to games for me, so that's where the real battle is won for me. Microsoft should have an expanded library, but you know Sony has got the games. We will see. It's going to be a great time for gamers, unless games as a service become the norm.
