I would easily say that I was just as surprised as you are that more Nintendo games weren't chosen. A few of the others authors played a ton of Nintendo games so thats a good point to take up with them. I personally don't play most Nintendo games just cause I haven't found anything to interest me yet.
Perhaps this is a game that can make a comeback, but I highly doubt it will. DriveClub and Gran Turismo are all the only games Sony are focused on right now.
If a God of War game made the list, it would definitely be God of War 3 over Ascension. Much more violent epic boss battles and gore IMO.
Definitely the best game in the series so far.
Mario is a given release on any and every Nintendo console but what about new IPs and the new Legend of Zelda Wii U game? Nintendo's got a lot of work to do.
Considering that Sony is now rumored to be coming up with their own version of this device for PS4, I think that will easily qualify this as an even bigger deal now. It can't be overhyped if others are looking to copy what they are doing with this device. Having played the device myself, I can see the potential for it moving forward too.
Definitely another reason why PlayStation Plus offers great Valve to anyone who has it.
Fingers crossed that The Wolf Among Us comes out this month too.
One of my most anticipated titles on the Xbox One.
PC is the only platform this game should be played on. Why do you think the original gameplay reveal was on a PC? DICE and EA both know the best experience will be on a PC.. end of story
The SteamOS and hardware will definitely be a big deal once they are released. I'll be very interested to see how this all pans out.
Definitely a classic.
The memorial tracks by Hirokazu Tanaka are simply awesome. A sad time for Nintendo, but his legacy shall live on.
I definitely would try this out, but that score makes me not want to lol.
Another great entry in the ARMA series.
Still a classic.
That Project Destati guess was dead on right at the 11:50 mark...
Once Square said they were involved, I figured this wouldn't be a game. Nonetheless, Kingdom Hearts fans will no doubt be happy to hear this.
I agree with pretty much everything on this list. Not a fan of Gamestop's trade-in value policy in regards used games. Buying a $60 game on day one only to turn around and see its worth $25 three days later? Absolutely ridiculous.
Definitely planning to play this in the immediate future.
