No, the dev explicitly said this is not native Curren gen. The issue with their PS5 version is with BC mode.

In one mode it runs better and in another it runs worse.
The article didn't gloss over it.

That's a false statement. PS5 resolution and frame rate have not been revealed.
I had forgotten how great these games were. I played this game on normal difficulty years ago. Playing this time on Insanity difficulty which really forces you to use all the tech, biotics, weapons, etc that you have available. About half way through ME1 and having a blast.
