Get LBP with traditional platforming and it's "OMMFG, I cannot believe sackboy just jumped over the amateur level I just created." It's like WTF, half the people don't know what hardcore means, confusing violence over story, graphics over gameplay.
but you hit the nail on the head with just one sentence.... that's sad because it is true. You are so right, that is what all the zelda games (save for the best one Majora's Mask) have been since ALTTP. I hope Miyamoto makes the formula just different enough for a new experience. I am not complaining, but it is saddening that two sentences sum up the entire zelda experience thus far.
he also reviewed wii fit and he rather enjoyed that, so it's not cuz matt's a "core" gamer, it's just that wii music was definitely not to his liking.

I know a lot of "hardcore" gamers that enjoyed wii fit, but they never actually went out and bought it. Personally I have never used it, and the appeal towards it is fleeting. I will admit though that this game never even at one point enthuse me. I just do not see any appeal towards it.

I went to gamestop like twice this week and Wii Music was over stocked, nobody had bought it. I was seriously hoping it would be a serious flop therefore opening Nintendo's eyes to this crappy casual BS.

and as for this news, it's pathetic. The point is to give an honest opinion about the game, not be bias over the system regardless of ones bias over the system. Reading comments on this site it seems hard to separate game from system, but it shouldn't be on a website that so many people look to for an honest feedback. I know fanboys exist here and there, but Metacritic is MOSTLY a respectable gaming site.

the whole notion of the ps3 is a flop... what can you argue nintendo is doing wrong? shovel ware? every system has them. Graphics? Most people rather buy the 360 version of the game when it's multiplatform. price tag? Sony sure did screw you over there.
