I agree with the 1080p statement. Its ridiculous that we were promised 'true HD' and 80% of games dont support it. I bought my TV for gaming only so going with 720p turned out to be a good idea.
I just dont see a console with high end PC qualities that can be affordable.

Black Ops let you camp inside of a rock without a patch for 6 months. Im not to worried about this bullshit before the game is even released. Regardless of what stage it is in.

ND will never make a multiplayer experince as far as graphics that compare to Dice. But ND annihilates Dice in the singleplayer department, graphics included. I garuntee Uncharted 4 and & Killzone 4 look better than their predecessors. Just because we're not making quantum leaps doesnt mean its time for the next gen. I think 2014 or 2015 is when that should arise. Sonys ten year plan is excellent. 8 years for the PS3 & 2 years for people to convert.
Yeah but that doesn't take away the fact it sold damn well in its first month. While money is always the objective, with L.A. Noire they created a experience never before seen.

In my opinion it's as simple as this; gaming without an agenda. If you buy a console, for ONE game, your not a core gamer. If you buy a console soley because it's made by a specific company, your not a core gamer. If you play a game because everybody else, plays it, your not a core gamer. People think you have to eat, sleep, and play games,
I honestly can't think of a game I intended to finish and didn't do so in the past 5 years. I haven't played multiplayer in a game since March. Singleplayer is my preference hands down, so finishing games is a weekly thing.
