I absolutley love the box art. The fact that this was actually PAINTED adds to the intrinsic value of Resistance. Its the oppisite of your A-typical shooter.

Whoever wrote this article is an idiot. Do you really think the most innovative game we've seen in a long time would stoop to something as simple a zombie case/mode? This isn't Call of Duty, so dont try to add elements that resemble that.
The best hidden gem Ive ran into is The Darkness. (Day one buyer btw, so Im not a bandwagoner.) Compelling story and great gameplay. Just long periods between checkpoints.
Since its the usual summer drought, I bought a PS2, GTA 3, LC Stories, & Vice City. I already have VC Stories & San Andreas. Im going to finally beat the whole GTA 3 canon consecutivly. I figure that should keep me busy till September-ish when Resistance comes out.

Hype? What hype? My opinion is based off a lot more than this vid. IMO both R1 & 2 were incredible games. Same with KZ. Halo WAS good, Gears is shit, & COD is for 13 year olds who wear Monster T shirts. I'll stick with KZ, Resistance & BF3
