VITA was basically designed a long side PS4, so it really should be coming to it's own now.
Now that it has all these tie in services with the PS4, I'll be thinking twice now on getting one.

These graphs only go back 10 years (depending on which one your looking at).
If consoles are being relased every 6,7 to 10 years, wouldn't it be better to go further back?
Of course the graphs will be going down as the tch gets older and evryone who wanted a console has got one.
Maybe i a year or two we can see the spike after the latest round of consoles have gone out and then we might get a better picture.
Having a woman in the group would change the whole dynamic of the group. So I think it would hurt the story or at least change it.
It's not to say that DLC may come out later on with a female main. Having it as a separate story would open things up and give it a new twist.
PC would have a big jump in graphix, so if they are porting it to next gen consoles, it will probably come out at the same time as them.
It could come out on PC. so mabe thats why they are not sayig exclusive.
If it's beng co-developed with Sony, that that reduces the chance it will come out on xb1, but can't rule it out all togather. Remember Mass effect one was published by MS, but after a long wait it did make it to PS3. So never say never.
Surely when the managers, PR and marketing people sit down to think up a name for their product, they road test it to make sure people can't twist it round to make bad names out of it?

If they have the console to sell, then just sell it. Otherwise are you taking console from other pre-orders and passing them on to people who paid more?

I don't think MS were caught of guard with Sonys announcement. The big problem was the unexpected backlash resulting from the DRM fiasco.
Massive changes to the basic policies of how any system functions will take time to change and they have basically had to make up the new policies on the fly.

I do find it odd that once people started saying the the PS4 was more powerful, all of a sudden there's all these new chips magically appearing all over the place in the X1.
Xbox One is digging it's own grave, Sony will just help by filling it in once Xbox lies down.
