I would guess he will know when he gets it... but I doubt he will ever be happy enough to say it was a success in his mind.
I do enjoy it and you don't have to worry about your states as much which is nice.
Plus if there are issues with the mode, it does not matter so much.
My only problem with the arcade mode, is once you have collected all the points to get the extra boxes, you have to wait the rest of the week before they reset before you can collect more.
You still get boxes for levelling up, but if your in a rush to get the season boxes it can be a pain.
You can't punish people just because they are good.
There are still counters for him.
Winston is good against him because if you jump in and drop the shield, you can usually kill him with one reload.
I would say a slightly less cool down for his shield and jump would be enough.
That way he could jump in, drop the shield, do damage and then jump out again.
I'm only talking a second less on each... otherwise it would be very hard to kill him.
Smurfing will only be a problem in the early stages when you start playing, so hopefully they won't put players off.
Once you've ranked up to a certain level, you'll be over the stage were these people will be re-appearing... and hopefully by then you'd be used to the game anyway.

I think a lot of people hate them because of how they treated their employees, not just Kojima.
I can understand the business decisions, but when you start making things personal by making the lives of your employee hell, then that's a different matter.
