I was kind of interested, but then I realized that my max level character was now level 1 again. I put a hundred hours into the game and I get to start over? If I wanted to do that I would start a new toon.
It wasn't good, at the very least. I feel like co-op horror games are inherently less scary because of the shared experience. I do appreciate DS3 doing the hallucinations for the 2nd player, making it a bit different, but then they go and make it easier and more action based with universal ammo. How is a round for a giant saw blade the same as a round for an assault rifle? Perhaps if it started its own series or off-shoot it wouldn't be regarded as badly, but compared to Dead Space 1 ...
My personal order would be:
1. Rise of the Tomb Raider
2. Tomb Raider
3. Shadow of the Tomb Raider
I feel like Rise was a solid A, Tomb Raider was an A-, and Shadow was a B.
Gamefly!
Man, if you haven't played the first two Dead Space games yet, you really should. They are still awesome games. Dead Space 3 isn't nearly as good but still worth checking out in co-op.
I won't bother to list 30, but here are a few of my top SNES games:
1. Chrono Trigger
2. Final Fantasy II (IV)
3. Final Fantasy III (VI)
4. Super Mario RPG
5. Zelda: A Link to the Past
6. Secret of Mana
7. Donkey Kong Country
8. Super Mario World
9. Earthbound
10. Super Mario Kart
11. Star Fox
12. Mortal Kombat II
I ended up listing more than I anticipat...
I disagree. While it isn't a great game, it is still a good game. And "best forgotten"? I am guessing the reviewer just had connection issues, cried, and wrote the review.
I really enjoyed this game and would love a sequel. It didn't live up to the hype but it is still worth playing.
I love a good redemption arc, but revenge can also be done well (as we have seen). Just go with what works well with the characters.
I heard payment was based on number of downloads and time played in addition to a lump sum, but I am not sure on the accuracy.
I would prefer a redemption story as opposed to another game that has potential just abandoned. Of course, it would be even better if they hadn't fucked it up in the first place.
I would love a Parasite Eve remake.
It is a demo. No real reason not to try it, even if it isn't up your lane.
The game is timeless. It is my favorite game of all time.
This is an amazing game, it deserves GOTY.
Shadow Hearts: Covenant is such an amazing game! I also miss Parasite Eve 1 and 2 (3rd Birthday was just... a sad excuse of a sequel for the PSP).
This is such a good game. Get it if you like Rogue-lites with a good story and interesting artistry.
I was able to pre-order it (12/07/2020) and download it. I was not able to access the webpage using the Xbox App on Android, but I didn't have any problems using the console to pre-order and download it.
Not really sure why Sony needs to spend that much on ads. People that want it can't get one due to the supply. May as well save their money, put that towards manufacturing and distribution.
If you liked Left 4 Dead, this is similar enough that you will probably enjoy it. If you felt like L4D was missing something, there are enough changes that it may make you a fan. I enjoyed the 8 parts of Act 1 that I played, but felt it wasn't quite up to L4D standards.
