Impressive! I dig it.
As an Xbox owner, I beg to differ.
My top 3:
Zelda: A Link to the Past
Majora's Mask
Breath of the Wild
Honorable Mention: Link's Awakening
I expect Bethesda to release a buggy as hell game that will slowly become great (like Skyrim). How long the process will take is the main question. A few months? Over a year?
You can argue Skyrim was a great game to begin with, but it was very buggy on release.
It is on GamePass so I will check it out.
Is that a problem? Or just a statement? It is a great co-op Tower Defense game, that is part of GamePass so it doesn't cost you anything extra to download and check out.
Iron Brigade (originally known as Trenched) is a really great Tower Defense game! Highly recommended.
The first boss is only super hard because people are still learning the game and are low leveled. You have to farm the first areas a bit to get good gear and get used to parrying and use of fatal strikes. Without practice, yeah, the first boss is very hard.
I might pick it up on sale for PC at some point, but it would have to be $30 at most.
I enjoyed Dead Island and Dead Island: Riptide, but not sure if the Dead Island 2 will be as fun since Dying Light's similar combat but added parkour make it a comparatively better game. That said, I am going to check this out.
Also, Dying Light 1 > Dying Light 2
Baishe was fairly difficult, especially since I focus Poison and that doesn't do much to her. However, Lu Bu has been the hardest boss I have fought so far. You basically can't attack when you want, you can only wait and parry, then attack a couple times, then back off.
I am really surprised about how hard this seems to be for some people. If you lose, just go back and grind some levels.
@CrimsonWing69 Ah, FF7 Remake completely slipped my mind! I enjoyed that one, though I haven't touched Intergrade yet.
Yeah, I am similar. 4 and 6 are my favorites, with 7 and 10 next. Everything since 10 has gone downhill (not counting MMOs). I don't hold much hope for FFXVI, though it is very pretty.
It is a pretty decent game, but the original is better IMO.
*shakes magic 8-Ball* Signs point to No.
Ha, I knew there would be a bunch of comments on this basically-click-bait headline. I enjoyed RE5's co-op and game a lot (hated RE6) and I wouldn't mind playing more co-op RE, but it does come at the expense of Horror and Scare factor. Horror is inherently less scary when you have a partner to share your tension.
I haven't had a chance to play this demo, but I will compare it to another demo, Tales of Arise. I could not stand the demo at all, but I tried the main game anyway and loved it. Ended up 100%'ing the game. After thinking about it, the demo throws you into a group dynamic that you have not context for and so it feels alien. Forspoken's demo is somewhat similar in that it starts already a bit into the game so you have no idea what is going on, why, or how the character has been bef...
Aren't a lot of Zelda games open-world to a certain extent? Original NES Zelda, SNES A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, most of the GameBoy, GB Color, and GB Advance, Breath of the Wild (I haven't played Skyword Sword or Twilight Princess). Sure, there are some paths blocked but that also happens in open world games like GTA.
