Sure i can wait for GOW3,GT5,WKC,MAG,FF13 & ModNation, but i have my eyes fixed on this baby (and The Last Guardian). I'm ready for a different game experience, so bring it on!
Anyway good to see the ps3 version 'win' sometimes, but imo there's no significant differences...JUST like every other multiplats released after mid 2008.
Frankly it's quite ridiculous to take pride over having a 'superior' multiplat that has an extra pixel or 2 since the opposing side is playing the exact same experience.
This time though, the ps3 version win regardless because it comes with a FREE DLC
and i really appreciate that. PS3 Slim,price cut fw3.0,home 1.3, Uncharted2,GT5,R&C,PSP Go with an incoming non-stop onslaught of awesome games. Whew~ now if they can only hire a competent ad firm this time :)
those of us who have been playing since '07 have watched the PSN grow into the great service it has become today. It is pretty amazing especially since it is a FREE service.

i think most KZ2 players didn't read up on the history of the kz universe to fully appreciate the story, its a shame because it is really well-written. Maybe for KZ3 GG can try putting the timeline at the start menu

They had obviously started work on the 360 version way before E3'08, and like i had stressed repeatedly - instead of a proper next-gen RPG experience, we will get a compromised one.
I won't talk about graphics here, but when you get comments like 'we are AIMING to fit ff13 on 3 discs' it will inevitably lead to downsizing of content - less dungeons,monster variety/detail,more repetitive gameplay to cover up the removal of content, and reduction in CGI. I want to believe that it ...
that's a very interesting concept...but the king would probably have to be a NPC.

I never understood people who whine about the controls. Sure everyone have their preferences, but KZ2 gunplay feels just right and has a very satisfying feel to it(recoil,sound,animation,etc) ,it is perfect in my eyes. As for the multiplayer,it is easily the best i've played to date. The sheer intensity and sense of rush i get when playing KZ2 MP is something i just can't find in other shooters.
on-topic: Wow it would be more epic if they had really swapped him before Sev and Ric...
But DS is more of an action-rpg so i wouldn't put them both together. I haven't played the 1st sigma so i need to try the demo before deciding.
I've heard people said NG is hard, but after completing DS (easily the toughest game i ever played) i'm ready for anything lol

Well Deadspace,Blazblue & Fallout 3 are the only 3 multiplats i enjoyed this gen and all 3 undersold imo (esp. Blazblue).
VC is really amazing and it truly deserves WAY more than just 100k sales. Wipeout HD remains my favourite PSN title and it got 200% better after the awesome Fury DLC. I'm guilty for not trying Folklore, maybe i'll rent it someday
