lol maybe i was overdoing it, but really, had MGS4 been the last PS3 game to be produced, it would still have more than justified my purchase...it is THAT good

To me, MGS4 is classified under a special category. FF8(sry FF7), Crash:Warped,TwistedMetal2,KH2 ,GOW and ICO are members too. IMO,these are easily the most EPIC games of their time and are also games i continue to talk about long after their releases.

Ok, this is just a theory but it could perhaps explain the inconsistent scores for prototype. Maybe reviewers from this site appreciates a good plot with clever storytelling and immersive atmosphere opposed to pure and simple fun derived from insane combo-chaining? Reviewers p...

but imo, Uncharted2 and SC are in different leagues...not saying that SC won't be a great game, but when compared to U2, there really isn't anything in it that impresses me
T10 picked the wrong fight with the wrong guy. Had it not brought so much scrutiny upon itself by dissing GT, their lacking features,gfx and content will probably be forgiven on the account that it is still a competent racer. Now there's probably no way out, and i can't wait till Oct'09 too. Even if PD decides to spare turn10 the blushes and release next year, i'm still pretty interested in how things turns out for forza lol :D

when Natal is launched,we shall see if M$ fulfilled their promises. If they fail,we shall see if the media is truly unbiased.
Had Killzone2 failed to live up to the infamous E3'05 trailer,the media would have hanged GG by their balls (thank god they exceeded expectations). There's nothing wrong with that. The bigger your promises,the harsher the criticism when it doesn't deliver,it's a tradeoff.

...and none of them mentioned a word about Natal or Sony's motion controller. Rather,we were discussing GOWIII,U2,GT5,MGR,splintercell and FF14. Talking about GAMES,not unproven tech that are a long way from being implemented.
We stop watching 2 min into the intro of Natal during MS conference and would have done the same if Sony's motion ctrl presentation had been reserved for the end too. The reason is simple,they were sooo boring.
