Isn't James Grayson british?...Yeah, I have to say, that would be odd.
They mut have missed Conker's Bad Fur Day on the N64. But one problem does arise from this situation. Should the game be advertised? I mean, Nintendo is aiming for the casual audience, but they want to keep their hardcore gamers as well. I think it would be difficult to decide whether or not to advertise this game at all.
Personally, I think Sony has surpassed Nintendo in terms of innovation. Over the years Sony has created new IPs, gathered many strong developers and has frankly, tried a lot of new things. Nintendo's studios are great, but they keep reiventing old IPs as if something was wrong with the old formula. They haven't created any new IPs and third party support isn't as robust as it used to be.
Just my 2 cents.
No contest here man. Not even close.
PS3 exclusives are awesome. However the public likes to nitpick to death and I think that's the problem. e.g
Friend 1: Hey! Have you picked up Killzone 2? The graphics are awesome, with great storyline and superb multiplayer.
Friend 2: I heard the controls suck.
Friend 1: What? No they don't.
Friend 2: Yeah, well I don't know...
Sorry, but #1 is #1 on my list too. In the end, motion control isn't really something that would make me jump ship to play games with motion control. In the end, its a about the games, and the Wii has a lot of great first party games, but I think we might not see another Mario adventure or a Legend of Zelda game for some time. The game production is almost like the Gamecube :(.
I don't know why the author hates Virtual Console though....
Yeah, I got the POP DLC as well. I just couldn't turn down the opportunity.
No way Wizeguy21. Crash Team Racing stays on that list, it was an awesome kart racer, and I have spent at least 200+ hours on it. I agree with the need for Metal Gear Solid, Tony Hawk and Resident Evil 2 though.
I think there was a canceled Sonic game called Sonic Xtreme or something.
GOTY confirmed. There was no contest.
On a related note, I bet Sega knows what they have to do to make a good 3D sonic game. They are just lazy to create a game like it. I believe that's the reason why they added night time levels in Sonic Unleashed, they were to lazy to make more "day-time" levels because they would have to be long and detailed.
Agreed, there needs to be some new change.
Your forgeting something.
PS2 = lots of bad third party games, but also great third party games that really shined.
Wii = lots of bad third party games....Zack and Wiki
Not to mention the quality of third party games coming out for PS3 and 360 like Mirror's Edge, Prince of Persia, Bioshock, and more.
Sorry you feel jealous
:(
I agree, I think by 2019 I think we might see some of this technology.
Gazelle is an interesting name. It could mean fast like a gazellle (faster browsing). But then it could also mean weak and defenseless lol (weak security).
Actually it could be like Resistance 2 with the "Activate every Beserk" trophy. You unlock a lot of beserks by leveling up, and that takes time.
Seems valid to me. Plus a $299 Playstation 3 with Killzone 2 out? That sounds like a real good reason to pick up a ps3 to me.
The Prince isn't infected. That's obviously Elika's father.
Well since you wanted to bring it up, I will reply with this.
Sony has a lot of creative games that are out and are coming out. Flower, Fat Princess, Little Big Planet, Warhawk, Home (just to mention a few). See, Sony would have had more creative games they had last gen as well, but Microsoft bought them.
Microsoft = supressors of creativity FTW
:)
The Ico boxart was alright in my opinion. I think out of that list I would definitley agree that Burnout: Paradise and Prince of Persia are some of the best boxarts on PS3.
I think they already started in Canada, the Wii was $269.99 but then just recently it increased to $279.99.
