I think most technical issues would have been solved now with all the tech know-how at SCE.
Rage got poo poo'ed on for being something that it was never designed to be or maybe it was the fact that ID was reactionary in a couple areas.
But the gunplay alone was better than 90% of other shooters, excluding killzones and cods.
The game is also either the most beautiful or ugly game depending on whether the textures load right. When the tech works, it's a beautiful game.
The game was just dang fun to me.
Linux is having a huge resurgence, if you count android.
I guess I'm the only one that thought Rage was very underrated (especially Scorchers DLC). If they continue to push gameplay first, then I'm hyped about Doom 4.
I don't understand. If MS spends all this money on R&D, why do they usually move last into an already crowded market? Why don't they move first?
