well they went from a simple remaster to a reboot of the game, so the scope of the game did change. However, they had a ton of money and plenty of time. To lose focus this late in the game is their own fault, bad project management plain and simple.
No not really, it's pretty sad really. Was looking forward to this.
been in limbo long enough, was about time
fyi, the "release date" was actually already known since last month.

ahh fond memories :)
Why would you compare the PS4 with the Wii? That's two Nintendo generations ago versus a current system.
yes and no, read the article :)
Just to clarify, it was no me doing the review, so that has nothing to do with it, but with so many games to play, if it can't grab my attention early on, I'm moving on to another title. I still have it though, so maybe I'll give it anther try later on.
wanted to like it, tried it on PC, lasted 10 mins and moved on.
Making a huge leap from "unannounced IP FPS/Adventure, exclusive to the Switch," to "confirming" it is Metroid Prime 4 is not accurate by any stretch. You are making a guess, educated or not, but by no means at all does that qualify a confirmation at you claim in the video.
Good find on Ridge Racer 8 though, kudos there.
for the price, it's pretty good .. interesting story, decent graphics, and it's got something for everybody, whether you like stealth, action, some horror, puzzles .. it's got it all. I could think of worst ways to spend $30 :)
How does this get approved when the initial news piece from 4 days ago failed?
this is a ripp-off from the real interview that was posted here earlier today already

Why did this get approved at all?
well, Rockstar went through the effort of putting up an dedicated page on their website, attributing it specifically to the v3.61 update, saying they got multiple reports, and that it happens on various games, singling out that the added security checks might be the cause for it overheating ..
Those are all rather specific items they mention, so I don't think it's too much of leap to claim something is afoot.
hmm, let me look at that chart, see what I'm missing out on ..
Can't wait to get back into it. Was just starting to like the game when it went down.
Hopefully they tighten the combat up a bit and better anti hack tools, but the game itself is awesome.
Still doesn't mean it's canceled, and certainly not officially. Under review means they are discussing it, putting the pros and cons together and such.
I'm sure the lawsuit revolving the NCAA likenesses isn't helping matters either.
crediting the original/real story would be nice

I play the game, and yes, it's low
Too bad though, because in spite of all its flaws, I enjoy the game greatly.
"overall positive reviews" is quite the exaggeration since both console editions has average scores below 7.
