How much cheaper XSV be? $50?
Coz they're already selling XSX at a loss and XSS at a greater loss. $100 less for XSV will be adding more into the loss.
PS5 will be sold at a loss too. That bespoke SSD setup is really expensive.
Nice to see Cry Engine's own superior SVOGI based software RT (which was cut from UE4) being implemented.
The most fascinating stuff to see would be the PC's "Can You Run Crysis" graphics mode.
But, AnvilNext 2.0 engine was also used for R6 Siege. And Anvil was created to be very scalable.
Anvil 1.0 (successor to Scimitar) was used for PoP Forgotten Sands even! So, things could've been better.
If they had problem with the Anvil architecture, they could've used Massive Entertainment's Snowdrop Engine.
Snowdrop was made for Division series but it is also touted as being very scalable and was used for South Park: The Fractured but Whole.

It's the same price as the launch PS2 and Xbox.
Same size as early consoles too.
So, since next-gen consoles' price are getting hiked up just because they're cramming the latest tech, the Series S's reputation, being a value offering, gets relegated to being a kid's console?
I am pretty sure you can hack off a dude in half in Gears 5 on the Series S @ high fps.
The Remake is a $39.99 release for current-gen only.
And the original was a solid 7+ hours long game.
Guess you had the bootleg version of the original.
Woop woop!
Gonna hunt down any leaker, if anything leaks early!
The reveal trailer was of an older build.
Here's a screenshot of the newer one and its still not final.

Seems like the Doom Guy wasn't happy with his Switch venture and doesn't want the trip to the Series S.
