Monolith really needs to make a new FEAR.
Either a Sequel or at least a Reboot. But definitely not a Remake of the FEAR 1. Don't mess with the good stuff.
Even on Switch, Crysis 3 still looks amazing to this day.
Also the devs have said to IGN China that they plan to release Black Myth: Wukong by 2023.

Gameplay trailers exactly 1 year apart doesn't necessarily dictate that the game's coming exactly a year later.
They've also shared numerous work in progress snippets too over the year and have shared that, there's lot of development still left.

Maybe the Anniversary Edition was planned before hand similar to the Special Edition. Before the acquisition.

Its no doubt they're building hype for a future Quake Reboot with this simple remaster.
I'm guessing this has been in the works for a while and they are just meeting contractual requirements.
And Skywind and Skyblivion is already happening for sometime.

Quake 1, RTCW and SOF 2 were damn good.
Their sequels (Quake 2, Wolfenstein [2009] and SOF Payback) were/are very generic.

Developers can push more details into a racing game because the car movement and camera movement is very limited/restricted. So the game engine can render more at a time for every frame. The world outside the tracks are compromised because they're seldom in focus. They carry less detail as compared to the immediate scripted track and the car model. Hence comput...
