MS just are it easier for PC dev's release games on the Scorpio, without requesting publication, Scorpio ♏ x1s and of x1 are all windows base consoles so it won't be hard to translate these games, also you are forgetting how much the PC dev's would love to have a full access to the console market, console gaming is far more profitable than the PC. So PC dev's would welcome the Scorpio with open arms, but let's see what happens at E3.
