I believe that developers should always push the hardware to the maximum, It is very disrespectful to undercut gamers with lacklustre efforts, if it has to do with finance then it's down to the hardware provider to cover the cost, if your hardware is not to standard of the 3rd party then its up to Sony to provide the support needed to developers, whatever patches developers needed.
