Depends on what you like, they both offer a different experience.
Lol, higher quality textures take much more space than low quality textures.
Take Dragon Age(PC) for an example.
High Res Textures: 1.27GB
Med Res Textures: 400MB
See the difference?
But you can compress files much more in the pc version, so they can put more on the disc.
The scores are kind of useless, but i think the review texts especially the user review ones, can be very helpful.
I've played both on the PC, and i still think that you are missing out if you don't play the first game, not because you can't understand the story in ME2 without, but because ME1 is a great game.
They are the ones who have created the 2 best reviewed rpg's ever, according to meta critic.
Where is Metro 2033? The pc version looked amazing...
You have to remember that because the game is on two dvd's, you would have to have some of the same files on both discs. The PC version filled up about 14gb, and the DLC about 3-4, so that leaves 9gb extra free space. I don't think they will add extra content, just because there is room for it.
"Heavy rain, an off-beat title from an unknown developer" LOL
There are lots of good games on the pc, it is just the idiots that brag about tech because they want to troll.
Anyways 3D is not that good on PC, because no games has really been made for it.
It is find how he uses the word "bad guys" all the time, because the U.S is as much the bad guys as the Taliban.
Consoles does not have better games, it got different games.
Some have problems, some don't. Last i played it, it locked up, and i had to do a hard reset.
Remember that pc can do a lot of other things than gaming too, and you can get a decent rig for about 750$ including everything, even OS. And games are a bit cheaper. However if you prefer a laptop for study/work then it is true that console gaming would be cheaper than buying a desktop for only gaming.
I'm a pc only gamer because i prefer the games (most of my games are exclusives), and how pc gaming works in general. Pc gaming are very different to console gaming, and neither of them are superior to the other in general. The writer of this article is just another fanboy, who makes the pc community looks so bad.
MLAA is not 16X AA, it is just MLAA, big technical difference.
Because DX11 does that much of a difference? sorry, but it don't
And MW2 was COD4.5, so nothing new here...
They care about publicity and hype. So far, from what we have seen Crysis 2 does not have something really special to offer, except from visuals. Crysis 1 felt quite unique in gameplay, however the second one seems to be just another generic shooter, with pretty visuals.
Bigger is always better right? NOT
I will take a my 22' screen over a 42' anyday for gaming.
