Sony are really pushing them to lower prices and bundle games with them. They might bring out a 1tb halo 5 bundle with the masterchief collection included and that would probably be standard price. I'd advise to wait for that.

Oh I didn't actually, I'm not really informed about the blu ray rights stuff so I shouldn't really comment on it tbh. Even so, I meant very little will be taken off these companies (relative to what they bring in) for using AMD chips if the deal goes through. It will be a relatively very minor sum because if Microsoft buys AMD, they are still just a business and would still want as many customers as possible.
never thought of it like that actually. Halo has always been an infinitely more thriving and busy/vibrant world than what was shown in games. My theory is that the not-so-improved visuals are due to a very long story and much more detailed and busy environments than what we've seen in previous halos. And with no split-screen, perhaps on-screen, like you said, will be much more bustling too.

It's sad, but I say this with any developer. It was obviously a big decision for them and I'm not defending them, but people saying they won't buy an xbox/halo now because of this aren't being very reasonable. It's obviously not because of xbox power because battlefront has split screen and is LEAGUES ahead of halo 5.

People forget the old rare also made games people hated. Sea of thieves looks like a real classic adventurous fun game that's colourful and vibrant instead of the 'next gen' browns and greys we've been getting. This is a great 'reinvention' of the 'old rare' imo and I can't wait for it, just looks like fun.
Got one day one Back in 2013 and never regretted it! After sticking through a dry year (bit of an understatement) for exclusives, the time has come for halo, forza, fable, rare games, gears and fallout all near the end of the year.
With gears holiday 2016 and quantum break (and possibly crackdown, scalebound and recore) in the first half of 2016, I'm happy to see xbox spreading exclusives out a bit more. Ori and the blind forest wasn't a lot to go in until rare replay...
Desperate journalism. Their relationship has been extremely close for many years. This would open AMD up to produce more chips at much higher quality, which could give xbox a competitive edge with heavily customized chips for tablets and consoles in the future.

So Goddamn jealous of this game. That E3 demo blew me away and appealed to me in a way no uncharted ever did. Gotta hand it to PS, naughty dog are truly amazing devs. The mini free roam and physics in that demo was just a thousand subtle features coming together.

I played the first episode on games with gold I think, something like that. One of the most abysmal games ever. It's not abstract, it's lunacy and poor writing. Might just be a Japanese style (I'm assuming it's Japanese). It's a real shame, there's so many vibrant and beautiful Japanese games out there, I'm sure of it, but games like these turn me off the whole Japanese game style.
Not gonna lie though, this game was annoyingly addictive

I like the articles that provoke discussion about our love of games. All that comes of these is constant bickering, even I fall for it sometimes. Can we move on from E3 and accept everyone likes and thinks different things and arguing with them isn't going to change that? Throwing facts at them will just prompt another excuse.
