who cares, it's not like anyone is going to base their purchase on what Cnet says.
Enjoy the flame fest, me I am going to finish beating Bioshock and maybe play a game or two of Warhawk.
Consumers just don't care, expect the DVD version out sell the HD-DVD version by more then 10 to 1
Anyways another bias opinion from a PR website. I wonder if consumers lose if a movie only comes out on Blu-Ray
just ignore, ignore and ignore
I don't know why anyone would want to be a fanboy, you miss out on too many great games no matter which console you are fanboy for.
It's around the score I thought it would get. I am going still pick it up once I am done Bioshock. I love western RPGs
The only reason I stopped PC Gaming is that I usually spend over 8 hours on the computer working so the last thing I want to do is more time on the computer after work.
I agree, a decent rental service or gamefly is a must, this way you can prevent any missing under-scored gaming gems.
I did the same with Overlord and ended up buying the game and playing it for a couple of weeks.
it's a rental for me, not a big fan of the Rogue Squadron series and can't really risk the $60 when so many big games coming out
Actually I probably will enjoy if its anything like the original Gothic
oh Lorenzferus now I know why I put you on ignore... you are mentally retarded.
Check my post history I have not once dissed Heavenly Sword or any other PS3 game. I just pointing out to Lightning that while she/he was dissing the quality Overlord she/he was also giving praise to Heavenly Sword after getting one review of 7.0
Personally I think too many people dismiss a game when it gets a review around the 70% and forgetting that reviews are subjective.
...
This game is looking more and more like a generic clone of Resident Evil.
Which is sad since the first Alone in the Dark game was the influence for the original Resident Evil.
This will most likely by my GOTY
EDIT: how can someone disagree with what will be GOTY in my eyes
PS3 fanboys dissing Overlord saying that was a crap, because of it's mixed reviews and then hype up Heavenly Sword even though it is getting mixed reviews.
Just keep the WRPGs coming because not everyone is closed minded as some
Nope I am still going to give Blue Dragon a rent. Reviews are just general guidelines. I really only start listening to reviews when they are low (4.0 and below)
I disagree with the cutscene comment
cutscenes have nothing to do with the quality of a storyline. Take Blue Dragon it has plenty of cutscenes but overall the storyline is pretty basic and generic
7.0 isn't bad espically if you liked the demo...
wow you are so right lets check the average score the last installment for both series ;)

I personally found both series to be excellent just with PGR having more of an arcade feel
at least wait in till the game is released then do the graphic nitpicking , a lot of stuff can change between now and when the game is released, that also includes the controls
looks good and with Halo's amazing gameplay I am going to be pretty happy in about 4 weeks
Wow a high review for Blue Dragon. I usually don't like JRPGS but with no Random Battles I found myself enjoying Blue Dragon.
