That article is over 2 years old and from before the 250gb slim release so I hardly think that the failure rate is anywhere near as high now. They do need to eliminate the RROD almost completely though.
I'm interested in mirrors edge 2 and GTA V, I've just got a loan of alan wake so I'll see how I like that. The original bayonetta was a game that I held absolutely no interest in so I don't care about a sequel and I don't want a RDR sequel under any circumstances as it was a fantastic one time project.
Looking at that video, it seems only roach gets set on fire, so assuming the bullet didn't kill him(I know it's a headshot but they aren't always fatal) he could be alive.
I think most people have already. They are immortal though, I have never understood why they don't recognise their immortality and take out the lone wanderer instead of just hiding behind trees.

I never leave a short game feeling cheated unless it's a bad game or a game in which multiplayer is the main feature. Game length is very important to me, I want a game to be as long as it can possibly be made although I do appreciate that some games are made for those who may prefer shorter games or may not have much free time.
