The only trophies which annoy me are multiplayer trophies as they are always done horrendously wrong.

Depending on the game I don't mind looking for pointless things but there is nothing worse to me than a game with multiplayer trophies in which no one plays the multiplayer or you have to do something almost unachievable.

Yeah Darks Souls will be a time consuming game and it's something I couldn't just whip out on the train to college in the morning.
The sinking of the new IP? I hardly think so. Just because there are a large number of sequels coming out in the last couple of years does not mean that there have been a lot less new IPs. There have been some very good new IPs this gen and there have been a lot more not very good IPs, the not very good or average new IPs are getting ignored because of the reliance on metacritic scores this gen.

No, nothing is safe from hacking. I don't think that it'll be hacked though.
I'll also be getting it for the PS3 as the 3 disks bit sounds a bit inconvenient and I don't mind the install as I would end up installing it on my 360 if I got it for that.
