It's a solid fun game with the powers and all but as an inFamous, its pretty lacking. InFamous 2 is still the best one thus far.
Aside from that, I say do buy it, if this is your first inFamous game or if you like to feel like a superpowered badass.

Gotta agree with the author. Its rather odd how SP didnt try to improve upon what they've made on PS3 to PS4 which as mentioned, the NPCs, the AI and the day-night cycle. I'm faulting all this cause of their focus on making the powers, visuals and gameplay tight.
I can only hope, now that they got the visuals and gameplay down, for their next game, they'll improve on making the game feel more alive.
I hope they do really well, beta and alpha was really enjoyable.
I could see it launching with Morpheus but as a whole game, possible if Kojima's involved. Maybe a PS exclusive feature?

I highly recommend getting this game if you dont have plus. Game is fun in frustrating way and whilst cutesy looking, it has a very bleak outlooks of the village and the game.

In case youre stuck at the last part, you have to get 2/3 baby giggles and a vibration on your controller. Stop moving as soon as the controller vibrates, the phone should ring. Good luck.
