30fps gives me eye strain
I'm pretty unhappy about this, having played everything at 60fps on PC for almost a year. I wish they'd give us the option to play at 60 with reduced fidelity. The Dark Souls games play so much better at 60fps
Yeah the DS4 is a great PC controller. The best imo, because of the touchpad
@Snoty
ah okay, no worries then.
@Snooty
Irrelevant. Its not an argument and this isn't a flame war. I'm simply pointing out to @theshredded that the number of PS3 and PS4 consoles currently in circulation is probably somewhere around the same as the amount of active Steam users. Total global PS sales is not a valid comparison because not all of those consoles will still be functioning or in use.
Edit: I'd like to point out that my last post received 5 down-votes for simply stat...
PS4 global sales - 12.4m (est)
Current active Steam users 75m+
I play all my games with a controller on my TV; its glorious man.
Just grab one of these:

and a Dualshock 4 (the touch pad actually controls the mouse pointer) and you're ready to go!
1. PC has more exclusive games than all 7th and 8th gen consoles combined, and is backwards compatible with pretty much every game ever. It also has (mostly) exclusive genres like RTS. That said, I'm glad I have my PS4 for Bloodborne etc. Consoles have some nice exclusives.
2. Not only can you buy a PS4 spec PC for around the same price (I'd advise spending more and getting something more future-proof though), PC games are so much cheaper that you'll end up saving...
You can set up windows to boot up in Steam big picture so you can play with a controller and never even see Windows. You can build pretty small PCs these days, but obviously not as small as the Alpha.

I really like this case but obviously its pretty big compared to an Alpha/console
You're forgetting how cheap PC games are. Also no subscription fee. You'd be saving money with the Alpha in a matter of weeks (depending on how often you buy games). You could build a better PC for less though, because Alienware...
This is my concern too. I hope MS stay out of PC gaming: its better without them.
What's up with the author describing the 780 as a mid range card? Its still easily one of the top 10 gpus money can buy
So you're angry because this guy was excited to play the game the way he wants to? There was absolutely nothing negative in his comment at all; he even praised the console versions. Honestly, it sounds like you might be jealous. Its okay. I am too
Do it man! you'll also save a shit-load on games
No. I already have a PC and a PS4
@BiggerBoss
As a potential consumer, he has as much right to complain about the game as you do to defend it. You can argue all you want, but you should never condemn someone's right to have an opinion.
I'm also not too excited about TPP, but that's because I'm not well versed in the series' lore. I'm sure the game itself will be excellent.
Isn't Wii U outselling xbone atm?
@YouAreSalty
What do you mean? I start up my PC in Steam's Big Picture mode, and use my Dualshock 4 to select my game. I never even have to look at Windows if I don't want to. Add to that the cheaper games, mod support, upgradability and tons of exclusives, and PC starts to look pretty good. And this coming from someone who also owns (and loves) a PS4.
Edit: I don't mean to sound confrontational, I'm just wondering what you feel are the major...
There's always gotta be someone turning everything into a console war. Its pathetic. This is a great looking game that should come to as many platforms as the devs can port it to, regardless of sales numbers.
Great album mate. My favourite is Selling England by the Pound
