Today is the 1st day I've actually been able to play W_D on my PC. Someone should tell Ubi that "treat 'em mean, keep 'em keen" doesn't necessarily apply to retail. I'll buy the sequel used on PS4.

Yeah, I have the same issues with my 4770k/gtx 780 pc. W_D is just a spectacularly poor port. I can max Crysis 3 (w smaa x2) and play at 55-60 fps, but even on medium settings W_D stutters like George VI. Total joke...
I wouldn't hate seeing a hybrid of both. It might keep the game feeling fresh, like the balance between stealth and action in Wolfenstein: TNO
Totally agree. Personally, its my favourite in the series, although i understand why some people want a more action-oriented experience.

I hate most mobile games. But think about it: if someone were to make a game that really takes advantage of the phone's hardware, that game might have to be dumbed down in order to be ported to the last gen consoles.

I never played MAG (unfortunately), but PlanetSide 2 seems to share some of its core properties. Maybe we'll see a ftp incarnation of MAG at some point.

I felt the same way until I accidentally picked a female character in Dark Souls. I actually found myself relating to her more than any rpg character I've ever created. Mainly it felt good to subvert the trope of women being 'damsels in distress.'
Just curious (I'm not trying to insinuate anything): how would you feel if the character were a male with a different ethnicity to you?

I've never played a GoW game, but from what I hear Ascension is not one of the best. Having been a 360 owner all of last gen, I'd prefer to be introduced to the series with a more lauded entry like GoW3. Maybe Sony'll port that too, or bundle it with GoW4
