@Christopher

I understand the theory behind false equivalence, I know it exists and I know how it can be used.

My issue is that although false equivalence could be at play in the reporting of this data, it is simply speculation on your part when you state that it is. There is nothing within the data presented in the article that supports what you have written. Further to this, looking at the data referenced in the article there is compelling evidence to s...

***"They were already playing 40% more games before Game Pass, now they're still doing it"***

Nothing in the article supports this statement.

The very first paragraph of the article:

"Subscribers to Xbox Game Pass are buying more titles and trying a wider variety of genres than they did before joining."

Agostino Simonetta also shared this

"I think chris is saying that the average game pass player plays 40% more games than the average gamer as a whole, Hes saying that people arent playing 40% more games now that they have game pass"

They are playing 40% more games at a highly reduced price.

"Those consumers who are more likely to get into GamePass were paying 40% more than the average"

Paying or playing?

@Gangsta

Ghosts 'n Goblins, Yes!

This one completely slipped my mind, but agree would make for a superb remake.
Only question is do they remain faithful to the original the way BloodStained ROTN did it, or modernize the game by remaking in 3D?

Great news!

Fully agree with @RpgSama,

A next generation Dino Crisis made using the RE / MT Framework engine would be a game I'd be very interested in playing.

You only have to look at the movement and animation of the creatures in MHW to see how great this game could potentially be.

"Can get a pre owned xbox one for around that....."

If we're going to start moving the goalposts then I can buy a pre owned Elite controller for around £65 / $83

"what's with the thumbs down? did i offend someone?"

I wasn't the one that gave you the downvote but to answer your question it probably has something to do with this comment you made

"how many controllers has Xbox had this gen? How many does a person need?"

It comes across as passive aggresive, and implies that MS expects one person to buy multiple controllers, when in reality M...

Really pleased for the designer in the video,
You can tell he's passionate about his work and really proud of his product.

"Wow, way to sell a product"

I'm not trying to sell a product Stanjara, I'm giving an honest, unbiased opinion based on my experience with the original Elite controller.

I don't subscribe to fanboy wars, I don't worship at the corporate alter of Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo, though I do own an X, a Pro, a Switch and a pretty decent gaming PC

I'm happy to give credit where it'...

This.

The old Elite controller was based off the original Xbox One controller that had shoulder buttons that failed after a few thousand clicks.
