There seems to be a lot more evidence that current gen will do a lot better than last gen. PS4 and XO are cheaper for consumers and manufacturers, easier to develop for and are already ahead of their last gen counterparts.

Games, there is a lot more software this time around and it's developed at a much faster rate.

Who knows how Twitter's service terms work but Im sure they can do whatever they want on claims. Im sure you could legally dispute over this and win in court but its definitely not worth it.
