but seriously there are quite a few games that have surpassed super metroid in terms of quality imo. Baldur's Gate II, Castlevania SOTN, Half-Life 2, COD 4, Gran Turismo, Starcraft...all better than Super Metriod imo.
RPG's nowadays are waaaaaaaaaay too easy I agree. Same with GTA IV (the easiest GTA game by about 100 times).
But seiously, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue has to be the hardest game I have ever played. Getting gold on those challenges is just ridiculous sometimes.
The game is a fun co-op shooter. Maybe the hippy author can cry about the sales more.

That was a good one. Fallout 3, Crysis Warhead, StarCraft II (prob 09 though), Gears II and Resistance II will all be better.
Console fanboys step the F down. There are more than just 1 good game that PC gamers get to play that you don't. And these games are some of the best. StarCraft II, Diablo III, Warhammer Online, Dawn of War II and Crysis Warhead come to mind. Not to mention that Fallout 3 will be about a million times better on PC than on 360 as Oblivion already pro...

Alpha 1 is a terrible fighting game. Horrible balance. Alpha 2 on the other hand is terrific.
But this game gives me hope. BGII is my fav game ever so I'm hoping this one can bring back some of Bioware's glory. Between this, Warhammer Online, Starcraft II and Diablo III, I'm going to be getting a new PC soon.
