I doubt that any person who owns a 400$ console and have access to the internet don't own a cheap 200$(even used) laptop or pc .

Nothing has changed Sony always starts this way every gen while MS keeps pumping exclusives the first year or two ,sony keeps them coming steadily throughout the whole gen . And it's no secret that they have more studios to work with , so yea they will have more exclusive games eventually .
