What i'm saying is that those brand specific titles (ie PS only titles,xb only titles and Nintendo only titles) should count.
Titles like Wind Waker HD for the Wii u, Tlou for the PS4,and MCC for the Xb1.

Nope, Daisuke said that they are considering making a PC version for GG but didn't confirm it, so it is a PS exclusive until Arc System says otherwise.
