It was never an XB1 exclusive. Major Nelson just blew his load way too early. He quickly back tracked on that tweet.

really wish this wasn't an online only game, am cry! But great news for people with stable nets, looks great and the trailer they showed on the 9th got me hyped even if I can't play the damn thing! ¬_¬
'Good read'.
Disregarding if this is actually true or not, this is definitely not the type of news you'd want to let stew over the weekend.
It's rather damning, ouch.
Definitely, Drive Club will be feature packed to improve immersion substantially. It's definitely going to have that edge up on the competition when other games look stale and cartoony in contrast.
Definitely the most ambitious next gen racing game, props to Evo for making this happen indeed. Would rather have a lot of real time next gen features packed into a true next gen game than a current gen game with an upgraded coat of paint. I can see it being by far the more immersive racer with these features.
that's a great feat though for the PS4 judging by the slow decline in console gaming in Japan. This is definitely great news if this is legit.
Isn't that major nelson character traveling around some states on some rather strange apology tour? o.O. Man was their first reveal toxic, people still think the DRM radiation is still hanging about after the fallout.
180 games in development definitely supports this, jesus. Must be a walk in the park.
Not surprising, c'mon.
Well that's what happens when they cancel projects for the 360 and bump them up to next gen and give them a new coat of paint. To be fair I'd want Microsoft to have a decent line up for the XB1 to entice me after a massive games drought on the 360.
This is why on the other side people aren't complaining because the PS3 is still getting pretty decent new IP exclusives even this late in the gen. :).
Also last I read PS4 has more exclusives in develo...
XB1 will definitely be bought in the future, but it's hell set on being the last of the next gen three for me. Gonna see how it pans out and if the features(which half don't even apply to my own personal use) get localised like the TV services in the off chance that I may want to use them. Kinect definitely hasn't shown it's value to me yet other than gimmicky stuff, and voice commands will get old after a week. Snapping features just seems impractical, even if it is a 'co...
Awesome, will look out for that!
Don't think I plan on getting any cross-gen games on this generation to be honest. Still have tonnes of PS exclusives to buy and complete regardless lol. Will buy all the next gen games on next gen consoles!
They certainly do, cheaper too which is another plus for a strapped gamer, especially when some of them genuinely look as decent as AAA titles. Resogun is one example.
Hopefully a lot of the horror indie games make it over from the PC too, the horror genre on the indie scene is rather impressive.
lol more shots fired. brb getting my helmet.
Staggering the AAA games is definitely the smarter choice I feel. Keeps a PS4 user interested throughout the years to come because technically they could drip feed stuff via the many video game conferences throughout a long period to build up massive hype. I mean that's already worked for The Order, I am GAGGING for some gameplay and all they've shown is an in engine trailer and some technical development aspects.
Launch line up is a good blend of pretty much everythi...
Nice.
cheers for the heads up.
