they delayed it because of technical problems, they werent able to run the Unreal Engine(Obviously, reason why everyone hates the Unreal Engine) code on the PS3.
they will improve it, but no one knows by how much. Doesn't matter anyway. Their biggest mistake is releasing this game on one platform first instead of a simultaneous release on both consoles at the same time. IT will not sell on the PS3, by the time this game hits the PS3, we would be enjoying White Knight Chronicles and possibly a few other RPGs to enjoy.
If a game that has Near CGI visuals can have no installs what so ever, why cant 3rd party devs learn to do the same thing? Im going to have to give Criterion games props because they are possibly the only third party company that knows how to develop games on the PS3. In Terms of first party, its split, they've all been doing a great job so far.
