And there is a good chunk of League players that think League started it all.
If you plan to be serious with any of the three, I would say start at dota2 and you might as well stick with it because it's summer time and the League servers are jam packed with baddies and trolls. No real comment on HoN.

I am pretty sure it would lag on the PS3. The new PS Store even has a rough time transitioning smoothly while you navigate through it.
Some people use their PCs for work where extra RAM might be needed. It's not uncommon at all.
Aesthetically, the Xbox One controller has a better flow to it.

The COD fanbase is larger than any of the titles you mentioned. COD will continue to be the #1 best seller, unfortunately.
