IMHO why upgrade or spend $400-$500 on a new (gen) console if its still the same performance as the old gen? Most of the Xbone launch titles and "exclusives" are rehashed Xbox360 previous gen games moved to the XBone to bolster tha launch line-up or use the old gen engines, yet struggle to perform. What's the use or point to upgrade then?
Where it went all wrong for Microsoft? Well...everywhere, from preview, E3 reveal, DRM .... right up to the resolution saga! The only way back is a new SKU! Whether that will happen any time soon I do not think so thus the only way with the Xbone in the current format is to hack and redo the firmware and make it ONLY play games thus remove the excess luggage and throw all the available power at games!

Enjoy it while we enjoy real superior gaming on a real gaming console while others have to do with sub par performance and quality on their console of choice! I do hope Microsoft will pull the proverbial rabbit out of the magicians hat but at this stage I am beginning to doubt that would ever happen this generation unless M$ release a modified SKU.
Now who's fault is it that the PS4 are outselling the Wii U and for that matter the Xbone? Lat I check this is a gaming news site and the fact that the PS4 will be outselling the Wii U after only a few month's since it's release are newsworthy indeed!

There are a big difference between 630pv720p on the old gen compared to 900pv1080p in the new gen with the 900p possibly only achievable with some dumb down textures and frame rates et al. We will know for sure soon wont we! If we consider that this is right from the outset then there just seems to be no further room for improvement possible on the Xbone.
Delusion in action again. What are the Xbone TF flagship then???? I think your are in for a huge disappointment as I cannot see what would change the current trend we now see. The hardware just cannot do it, unless something drastic is going to change in the firmware. M$ failed so maybe AMD can come up with some magic but I am sure M$ already exhausted even that avenue. Now do I sense a small realization OF DEFEAT? You know it's so sad. Of course the difference are major enough as can be seen and experienced by tomb raider sales. It does not take more than two braincells to see that. Why do people buy huge monitors and HD TV's for gaming with PC's if it did not matter? Why are gamers buying up to 3 screens+ and spend thousands on top end GPU cards if resolution and framerate did not matter.

Delusion it seems, we will have to wait to see what the power of the cloud brings to the table and if that also fails (we know) wait for the secret sauce. I see a new Xbone SKU sooner than later as I really wish that the Xbone can at least keep up with quality ASAP.
The last gen is not done, the PS3 is still going strong competing (in numbers only) with the Xbone and the XB360 with the Vita! This gen is currently running in // with last gen. (Wink)
It dominates EVERYWHERE, even in the "mighty" US of A. (wink)
TF on PC will be the choice for me! No Xbone required!
