Yep. Same here. With it so imminent, I wonder what they'll do.
Just got an email from Gamestop indicating my pre-order bundle is now delayed. Guess I'll wait a bit and see how this plays out.
I have the same bundle, but I don't want to pay $70 for a game that's going to be free at launch. There should be an option to switch to a different game or drop it from the bundle.
I've only tried FH4 on my LG G7 and i guess it's fair to say it's "almost" flawless. I can't see playing a precision shooter or anything that requires precision on it...yet. Still a bit laggy, even in the house. It's still impressive as hell to be running something like FH4 on my phone. I bought a cheap $8 controller holder that works great with it too. Like others have said, I'll stick with my 70" 4K and XBOX1X, but I like where it's headed and to h...
The campaign was a short, fun romp, but I never felt compelled to even try the multiplayer.
After my recent experience of a power outage and having to completely reformat my external HDD (the PlayStation couldn't repair it this time) and losing 800+ GB of installs, I'm done with using an external drive.
The backlog only gets worse as you get older and have more disposable income than time. My backlog is ridiculous and continues to grow...and i have no one to blame but myself.
One year in and we're already talking about a hardware revision? Yes, MS & Sony do that, but it's to reduce hardware costs (at the cost of minor functionality compromises), almost never to improve the hardware, and not one year in. Maybe I'm forgetting when they did this? XBox One S, of course, but that was hardly one year into the cycle. Anyway, I'm happy with my Switch...and my PS4...and my XBox One S (price was too good not to upgrade). #gottaownemall
This was my NY resolution. I will not buy any games in 2018 and will play the games I've already bought and never played. So far, so good...but it's mid-February and Monster Hunter World! I have SO many AAA games and even more indie titles to get through. So far, for 2018, I've finished....COD WW2 Story, DOOM, Killzone Mercenary, Steamworld Dig, and Life is Strange Chap 1 & 2...I'm doing the steps!!! Next up...Journey, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Contrast, BOTW, and Mario Odyss...
Still not buying. I'll wait until the final, complete edition...and then I still won't buy it.
With the great deals on V1, I jumped in. Love it! Let a couple of friends try it out (Rush of Blood and some VR Worlds) and they bought one the very next day.
...and this is why I'm sitting out Destiny 2. Fool me once...
I'm already playing Doom on PS4. I have Skyrim for PS3, but never played it (got it for $8). Definitely considering getting it on the Switch, but at a much lower price point. $60 is just too much for me to spend on old ports. Like someone else said, when they start releasing current big titles (like they're doing with Wolfenstein), I'll be considering those titles on the Switch. There are plenty of indie titles I'm interested in, but the backlog man, my God the backlog!
It's 29.74 on the PlayStation Store right now. I think they're 7.99 individually, so you can buy them together for about 24 bones.
Walmart has also dropped it to $19.99, so hopefully all the retailers are across the board. I'm looking at you Best Buy, since I'm a GCU member.
I had an alert setup from Walmart. Received the email and immediately clicked the link, so literally within a minute - already sold out. AAARRRGH!!!
I picked it up on fleabay for $13 a couple days ago and fired it up for the first time last night. For $13, I ain't disappointed.
I disagree that either is a joke. I'm not disagreeing that the effortless friend/party play needs work, but this game is a AAA game you don't want to miss. I promise you, if you're into online shooters, if you're not playing Splatoon 2, you're missing out. Can't disagree if you focus solely on its social capabilities, that is a fail. Pro tip - USE motion controls!
That was my point exactly! I'll never get through my ever-growing, never-ending backlog. LOL.
The demo is out on XBOX.
