Tony P - I don't really need to bash Bayonetta, there's nothing wrong with it being a DMC clone and perhaps a damn good one at that.
The thing is, I never liked DMC, so I won't get this game. I love God of War but games like Ninja Gaiden and DMC never did anything for me.
Again, I'm not bashing Bayonetta, I'm just saying it's a game I wouldn't play.
I guess arguing about this game is pointless for me, much like that Forza 3 vs. GT5 stuff, I stay far away...

My provider is a company that's run by drooling idiots and monkeys, I've been trying to change to another one but they still have to find some paperwork for me to fill before I can change. Strangely they can't find it most of the time... How weird, I'll just have to drive down there myself when I have time since the company is in the next town.
As for two games before you're charged, I still think it's a bad idea for a game to have a penalty system like this.
starvinbull - That's really flawed logic. So someone leaves the game and loses $40k, but just because he lost that money it's all right for the team, you know, because he got penalized!
I don't play this game online because of this penalty stuff, it is unfair to people who have bad connections like myself and I find it a ridiculous argument for the supporters of this method saying "just play when you have time". Ok, I have time, I sit in front of my TV and start to play...

Who did that before MS... Hmm, I believe it was Sony who first started expanding the video game market in Europe. Maybe Nintendo who revived the dead gaming industry? No, of course not, the Xbox 360 has really changed gaming. I can see it now, just like the Sega Saturn changed gaming the 360 is here to stay. :D

btw, next generation is PS4/X720/Grr (or whatever Nintendo names their next console) PS3, X360 and Wii are current gen consoles and PS2, Xbox and GC are last gen. Just wanted to clear that up for you.
As for BC, I'd say it was a bad move by Sony to remove it. I'm just as much of a blind droid for my love of Sony as any other PS3 loving bloke on this site, but I love my BC.
You know, a downloadable PS2 emulator for the PS3 would be a nice idea, anyone agree?
I mean, if they can emulate on PC, why not PS3. Plus, if Sony makes the emulator themselves, you could bet it would be great.

I myself have a 60GB with software BC and it's great when I want to occasionally play a PS2 game like God of War 1&2, Battlefront 2, Dynasty Warriors, old GTAs, some of the Resident Evil ...

Empire was all right, but I have a feeling Napoleon won't be much different... Poor us Total War fans... :( We deserve better.
I've bought every Total War game since Shogun TW and sadly it looks like this will be the first Total War game that I'll have to pass on. :(
